I ordered shoes from sizeer.com and had to send them back because the size was wrong. I opened a complaint right away, thinking it would be a simple fix, but it took days to get a reply and the response felt like a copy-paste message.

They even asked me for information I had already sent, which made it seem like no one was actually reading the case. From my experience, once a basic return issue turns into this much chasing, it’s not worth ordering from them again...

The return process was easy enough, and I got my refund quickly. That’s really what you hope for with a return, right?

I ordered a pair of sneakers they’ve been great so far. They feel sturdy, the material seems like good quality, and they look just like the pictures, which was a relief. I’ve been wearing them quite a bit and haven’t had any issues yet. I also didn’t have to deal with customer service, which I’m always a little skeptical about with online orders, so that’s a plus in my book.

I had to wait longer than I expected to hear back from support. They did eventually answer my question, but from my side it felt like no one was really keeping an eye on my case.

The shoes themselves were fine, but the box showed up a bit crushed and the packaging looked messy. I know it’s not the end of the world, but it definitely makes me question how carefully things are being handled. Kind of lost some trust in ordering from here again.

Well... the size ended up being perfect for me. It fit just right, so I didn’t have to guess or worry about it at all.

The tracking barely updated, so I was left wondering what was going on most of the time, which made the wait feel even longer. The shoes did arrive in good condition, so at least the order itself was fine. I guess it reminded me how much clear communication matters when you’re waiting on something you’ve paid for. I’ve bought from Sizeer a couple of times now, the prices just feel a bit high for what you’re getting. A few things I looked at were the same price or even cheaper on other sites, and that was without any huge sale or anything.

Delivery was fine, no real issue there, but value-wise I expected more. Once you add in the extra costs and then there aren’t really many good discounts, it just doesn’t feel like much of a deal. I wanted it to feel worth it, but it didn’t really feel that way
